The temporary exhibition "Choco Loco" is planned until February 21th 2021 and can be visited again as from Tuesday 1st December 2020.
How can you buy a ticket online?
Click on this link and follow these steps:
1. Click on “Tickets Train World”
2. Select a date and a time slot.
3. Select the rate(s) you need and the number of tickets per rate.
4. Click on “Add to shopping cart”
5. Then click “Continue”
6. Confirm your order and pay for your ticket(s)
The rate you want to order is not available online? When you arrive at the museum, order your ticket directly at the cash desk.
Remember to have the necessary identity document or requested card with you.
The time indicated on your ticket is the agreed time of arrival (between 10am and 11am for example), not the length of your visit.
You have an entrance ticket or a discount coupon / voucher that is valid between 26 October 2020 and 30 November 2020. Can you use this entrance ticket after its expiry date?
Yes. Exceptionally, you will be able to use your entrance ticket or discount coupon / voucher until 31 December 2020 inclusive, after exchanging it at the museum cash desk.
You have reserved a Discovery Combi (formerly called “B-Excursion SNCB”) for a visit to Train World between 26 October 2020 and 30 November 2020. What should you do?

Is it mandatory to book a ticket for your child?
Yes. Children also need a ticket to visit the museum (including children under 6).
Do you need to book online if you have a Museum Pass or a Brussels Card?
Yes, we ask you to book a timeslot in advance via our website. When you arrive at the museum, present yourself at the cash desk with your Museum Pass or Brussels Card for verification.
Did you buy your ticket from another online platform such as Tiqets.com, Get Your Guide, Viator/TripAdvisor, etc.?
Please contact the reseller regarding any changes to your reservation.
You would like to come earlier/later than the indicated time slot on your ticket. Is that possible?
If you arrive earlier/later, we cannot guarantee your access to the museum. We only let in a limited number of visitors per time slot in order to ensure everyone's safety. We very much appreciate you arriving during the time slot you booked.
What are the opening times?
We have kept our normal opening hours and days. You can consult them here.
When is the best time to visit the museum?
Unfortunately, there is no answer as this can vary. When you buy your ticket, the maximum number of visitors allowed in the museum is automatically taken into account.
Can you visit the museum with someone else?
You can visit our beautiful museum with your "social bubble". Remember to stand at least at 1.5 metres away from other visitors and to always respect the recommendations and rules taken by the authorities.
Can you use the elevators?
Elevators are open for use by only one "bubble" at a time.
Are wheelchairs still available?
Yes, we still lend wheelchairs. Wheelchairs are systematically cleaned after use by our cleaning team and used on a last-in-last-out basis.
Should you wear a face mask?
Wearing a mask in museums is mandatory for visitors over 12 years old. Thank you to carry yours during your visit to Train World.
