A tale of rails, riddles and resistance

During the temporary exhibition “Belgian Railways Under Occupation: Between Collaboration and Resistance” visitors can take part in an active escape game. The challenges are closely linked to the exhibition’s theme and allow you to experience history in a different way.

The escape game will remain available until the end of the exhibition (28/06/2025).

How does the game work?

You are about to embark on a very special train journey: an escape game in which you become part of the Belgian Resistance during the Second World War.

Work together, look for clues and solve puzzles. Only those who stay focused will find the way out.

Solve five puzzles and challenges to fight the fascist occupation and save lives. Each task gives you information to uncover the secret time and location of the final mission. Play in teams of 2 to 5 players.

Start at the undercover headquarters, explore the site to find the five tasks, and return to headquarters to validate your mission.

Train World created this escape game in collaboration with ESCAP.ORIUM.
