NMBS/SNCB makes objects from its heritage collections available for exhibitions to institutions, associations and organisations. Please contact Train World Heritage, the Collection Manager, for enquiries.
Each loan request must be submitted at least 3 months before the loan commencement date and is assessed against specific criteria such as safety, transport and availability. Please bear in mind that, when the loan is approved and a loan agreement has been made, you will be charged a loan administration fee of 100 euros and you will be responsible for all expenses related to transport and insurance.
