Guided tour for individual visitors
From 10 May 2022 to 22 January 2023, you can book a guide for your individual visit to Train World during the temporary exhibition Royals & Trains.
During the temporary exhibition on Royals & Trains, guided tours for individual visitors are available during several weekends per month in Dutch, English and French
This tour lasts a maximum of two hours and takes you round the highlights of the exhibition and museum.
After the tour, depending on the time of your visit (11:00, 14:00 or 14:30), you can continue to freely visit Train World; either before 14:00 or 14:30 if you have booked a lunchtime tour or after 13:00 if you have booked a morning tour.

The visit lasts no more than 2 hours.
Number of participants?
The tours are limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

There are guided tours available in French or in Dutch at other dates as well but English tours are only offered during the summer break.
Tours begin at the scheduled time - punctuality is advised! We don't wait for those who are late!

We accept Article 27 and Vakantieparticipatie on presentation of a valid ticket at the cash desk. Contact us by email (info@trainworld.be) or phone (+32 2 224 74 37) to book a guided tour on one of the above dates.
No other cards, passes or discounts (teachers’ cards, Brussels Card, Educpass, ICOM, etc.) are accepted for these guided tours. The guided tour cannot be combined with a Discovery Combi.

Cancellations
You can cancel your participation in a guided tour free of charge at the latest seven calendar days before the visit (in writing only, via info@trainworld.be).
Train World reserves the right to cancel guided tours should there be too few registrations. In that case, Train World will refund your ticket.
Group visits
This offer is reserved for individual visitors. Groups can only book a guided tour via our booking department. Book your group tour at least 3 weeks in advance via reservations@trainworld.be.
