Multisenso Rail is a small story-telling locomotive developed for people with a mental disability. A guide/story-teller will take you with them on the train with engineer Alfons and stoker Raoul. The tour is a multi-sensory route that shows you what it was like to ride on a steam train.

Practical information
For whom?
The package is accessible to anyone and is always with a guide/story-teller.
Duration
Visit with story-teller lasts around 1 hour. Afterwards, you can continue to visit the museum freely with the group.
Number of participants
- People with a (mental) disability, maximum 10 people (inc. supervisors) per guide.
- People without a disability, maximum 15 people (inc. supervisors) per guide.
- For school groups, max. 10 pupils per guide.
Reservations
- Individuals: reserve through our online store.
- Groups: reserve a minimum of 3 weeks in advance at reservations@trainworld.be.

- Aged < 4 Free
- Aged 4 – 5 € 5
Individuals
- € 18 (museum visit + walk)
- Rate for all ages (children, young people, adults and seniors).
Groups Groups (only by reservation)
- € 5 (for groups with a disability/p.p.) + €110 for the story-teller
- €15 (for groups without a disability/p.p.) + €110 for the story-teller
Schools Only by reservation
- €5 per pupil + €110 (for the story-teller)

No other tickets, passes or preferential rates (teachers’ ticket, museum pass, Brussels Card, Educpass, ICOM, etc.) apply for Multisenso Rail. The only exception is during KrokusKriebels 2023 for members of the Gezinsbond.
Multisenso Rail cannot be combined with a Discovery Combi.
Payment
At the ticket office on the day of the visit, preferably by card (Bancontact/Maestro/MasterCard/Visa)
Cancellation
In writing or by e-mail only.
- Ability to cancel free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the visit.
- Cancellation within 7 calendar days and up to 24 hours before the visit: €55 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or not showing up (no-show): €110 cancellation fee.
