You can visit Train World with a guide. Our guides speak Dutch, French, German, or English. Other languages are available upon request.

Guided tours last two hours and take you along the museum’s most important items. After the guided tour, you can walk through Train World once more, without a guide (provided that your guided tour ends at least one hour before closing time).

When making your reservation, please mention whether you would like a guided tour on either

• The permanent exhibition
• The temporary exhibition
• A mix of permanent with temporary

We recommend that groups maximally consist of 15 people (people with disabilities and their companions included). You are welcome to contact us at reservations@trainworld.be to discuss the options.

Group rate from 15 paying visitors: € 11 p.p. (1 free accompanying person from 15 paying adults)

Please make your reservations at least 3 weeks in advance via reservations@trainworld.be.

Cancellation
By e-mail only. It is possible to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the visit.

• Cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the visit: free of charge
• Cancellation within 7 calendar days and up to 24 hours before the visit: € 55 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours or not showing up (no-show): € 110 cancellation fee.

Payment
At the ticket office on the day of the visit, preferably by card (Bancontact/Maestro/MasterCard/Visa).
