During the Second World War, the SNCB played an important role in lives of many people. This period is highlighted in the exhibition “Belgian Railways Under Occupation.” Especially for families, we offer an activity that introduces you to this history.

Together with your family, explore this story with a booklet full of assignments. Along the way, you will discover how the railway company coped with those difficult years. In each room, you will find a new chapter of the story and complete various activities.

Attention: Train World whishes to inform visitors that the exhibition displays images and symbols (such as swastikas and others) which may be perceived as shocking, offensive or disturbing. They appear solely within their historical context, which should be understood only in that framework.
